Infinite Laboratories has created your own unique account and customer portal for your use. Laboratory Information Management (LIMS) Portal provie you with convenient access to specimen status, result release updates, and other vital information.

  • Portal Features:
    Specimen Status: Track the status of your specimens, from receipt to processing, ensuring transparency and efficiency in your workflow.
    Result Release Updates: Receive real-time notifications when specimens are recieved and results are released, empowering you to deliver prompt and accurate patient care.
    Hold Reason and Duration: Access details if a specimen is placed on hold, including the reason for the hold and the expected duration, enabling proactive management of patient cases.

Order Test Kits with Ease!

Ordering Process:
To request additional kits or testing materials, or if you encounter any issues with an order, simply log in to the Kits Ordering Portal

How to Order:
Access the Portal: Visit https://www.portal-infiniteallergy.com/ and log in using your client credentials. Your login details were provided to you as part of your welcome email during onboarding.
Place Your Order: Once logged in, navigate to the ordering section and select the desired test kits and materials. Follow the prompts to complete your order.
Shipping Options: Choose your preferred shipping method:
Ship to Clinic: If patients are seen in your clinic and specimen collection is done on-site by a healthcare provider.
*Dropship to Patient: For telehealth appointments or when patients manage blood collection themselves, either through finger pricks or with the assistance of an outside phlebotomist.

Prepaid Shipping Labels Included: Each test kit comes with prepaid shipping labels for convenient return shipping of specimens to our laboratory.
